Tata Indigo

The Tata Indigo comes in both a powerful petrol engine and a fuel efficient diesel engine. It seems that the company has kept the needs of the Indian public well in mind when producing this car. The price is one major indication of this and so are the other features of the car. The body structure and the front seats with extra lumbar and thigh support have been made so as to provide utmost comfort in long distance traveling.

Although the Tata Indigo is a C segment car it features 14 inch wheels rather than the traditional 13 inch wheels. Built on a steel frame that has managed to pass all the crash tests and endurance measures the car the car is sure to provide you with utmost safety. Along with the strong building material the car has additional safety features such as the fire preventing switch which activates an inertia that minimizes fuel leakage in the case of an accident. Seat belts in the back, collapsible steering wheel and beams on the sides add to the safety features of the Tata Indigo.

The sedan has a specific target audience. Basically it has been configured for those people looking for other sedans such as the Hyundai Verna, Ford Fiesta or the Honda City. People like to go for these cars due to the impact of their brand names. Whereas on the other hand the Tata Indigo is offering them more features at a lesser price but the same first class quality. In this way Tata has been successful in achieving its basic purpose by luring the sudan seekers to their own showrooms.
